If this is a rear wall heater, fuses 7 and 10 fed off of relay NS3
There are no relays after the switches, verify power in and out of the switch. We've had two that had corroded connections at the rear underseat heater. If you take the silver shroud off just in front of the actual heater there are some plugs there.
had to replace both heaters(under seat) all wires were good , both died same time , replaced and they fired right up thought is was weird that both went at the same time but it happened

so ns2 is the relay for rear heaters there are two rear heaters each one has its own switch they are both under driver side seat third from rear so i will check fuse 7 and 10 but its wierd because they didnt work then i turned on driver defrost fan and then the rear heaters startws workin they worked for bout 5 minutes and shut down again i then turned on driver defrost fan and they turned on again
