Hi, I have a 05 4300 with a dt466. It starts fine when cold but when it warms up all it does is crank. I have already replaced the high pressure oil manifold o-rings and all 6 of the screw in addapters that screw in the manifold and sit on the injectors. I also replace all the injector o-rings. I still have the same problem the truck icp only builds to around 300 on the computer but when I put a gauge directly on the h.p. Pump it goes to 2000psi(dead heading) when I crank. I guess what I wondering is if
Anyone has ever had a problem with the injectors hanging up on the oil side when they are hot, thus keeping the truck from building proper pressure to fire an if you have how you have singled out a single injector. Any help would be appreciated. This truck is driving me crazy. Thanks Ed
