We have a handfull of 08-2009 Thomas C2's in the 30 to 40k mileage range with ABS lights on. We've been replacing brake rotors and abs sensors like crazy, on a few the lights reset themselves but in most cases the lights are still on. We do not have access to a laptop with Wabco software and the dash is not giving us any fault codes but our dealer diagnosed the issues as bad tooth rings. Anyways when ordering the new sensors they've been sending us 441 032 184's and 441 032 185's. I've checked with the vin#'s on access freightliner and it lists 441 032 108's for the front and 441 032 124's for the rears on these buses. On our 2010's it lists 184's front and back and on our newest buses 185's for the front and 184's on the back. Now are these sensors all interchangeable or do I need to get the specific sensor numbers for each bus to get the lights to go out.

I was at a wabco seminar. We were told if they fit they should work.
They end of the sensor has to be within a few thou. of the tone ring.
All ABS sensors provide about the same voltage. The ABS module is looking for the digital signal created by the tone ring going by the sensor.

if the dealer diagnosed the tone rings, find out which one and replace it,, if you think its the sensors, OHM them out to check them..
