I have a good DT408 engine but its missing the flywheel and starter. I was curious if a flywheel off a DT466 would fit? I appreciate any help.

Yes, provided its a 1993 to 2003 non EGR DT466.
Quick identifier; 1993 to 2003 non EGR DT466s use a serpentine belt, the cooling fan is not mounted on the water pump and the rocker cover and intake manifold is a one piece casting.
I don't know if the part number is the same on the 2003 and newer EGR DTs.
Why yes, the ORIGinal CHARGER is a Fastback
