| M12, a 2007 IC CE 200, has had problems with spontaneous outbursts of none stop beeping. They have taken it out of service twice, and it has been quiet for a little while, any ideas? |

| Sounds like one of the 2 body solenoids is not engaging in the morning. On our buses, when one of them goes bad, it makes the emer. hatch buzzer sounds. I think it is the noise solenoid (the one toward the rear). Take a test light and test the output on the 2 Body solenoids when this happens and you should find one not engaging...but then later when the key is cycled again, it will engage the next time. When the problem occurs, also check all your other features and make note of which ones aren't working. In the absense of more data and in light of the weather, that is one guess anyway. |

| Has the possibility of passengers playing games with an emergency door vandal lock or with the side exit window latches been ruled out? |
Why yes, the ORIGinal CHARGER is a Fastback |

| True story - we had a bus making a beeping noise out on the run...we talked the driver through every thing we could think of to try...when the mechanic got out there with a spare, he tried everything he could think of. When he gave up and started swapping everything over to the spare bus, the beeping sound walked off with a kid....it was in his back pack! Just thought you all might enjoy that true story! |

| Buses do do strange things to noises. I thought that the motor on the stop arm whining when the arm retracted was coming from under the floor at the rear axle. |

I'm not the driver, I just thought I'd ask and see if I got an answer, srry if this was any trouble. It just annoys me so much. |

When Mrs. Hess does start it up again, cuz she shuts it off, it'll stay quiet for about 10 minutes and start going again |
