DEC 31 2004 KLTV TV 7 NEWS Longview, TX - A lawsuit against an East Texas school district involving the disturbing case of a bus driver who sexually abused children, has been settled. Last year, five women filed suit against Carthage I.S.D., saying they were sexually abused by a school bus driver over a 10-year period. They said the district did not do enough to protect them from their abuser.
