I am trying to put together a information package to be addressed by our school commitee and superintendent on how much money can be added to our budget by charging non-mandated students a fee for using our public school buses and if a substancial amount of money can be generated with advertising on a school bus. If your system charges students a rider fee I would be interested in a fair dollar amount that your parents pay. We would be only busing these students from a neighboring school district that would be under the state mandated two mile limit. Also if any one sells advertising space on their buses how much do advertisers pay for their space and how much annually does this bring in to your budget....Thanks for your help.
