Well we have a new boss she was one of the Driver's. This is the problem she comes to work late has Hickies on her neck wears her hair up so eveyone can see. We wear uniform top and she no longer wears them only once in awhile. Was seeing a boy that just Graduated last year he's 18 and she's in her late 30's now that she's a boss she has a new boy freind that is around her age and now he drops off his 3year son at the office for her to watch. Their is more, but it would take to long. She like's to be notice all the time, like look at me I'm perfect. Yellowdog

All of this does seem to be unbecomming of a Transportation Supervisor and not to mention very unprofessional but I have to ask...... If you overlook all of this, does she meet the qualifications of a supervisor and does she do the job to the satisfaction of the drivers, administration, and board? If so, I would try to overlook her personal life however I do agree she should not bring it to work with her.

What does this say for the drivers in that district? If the supervisor has a reputation like this community members let that reflect on the drivers even though it really shouldn't.

I agree with KMM. If your supervisor is taking care of business properly her personal life should not concern anyone else. However, some things will be called to her attenion at some point during her tenure by her peers or administrators that should help her correct inappropriate or un-business like appearances or behaviors. If she truly respects her position she will make adjustments to gain respect. Sometimes it takes a short while to grow into a new position.
