We are currently running Bluebird, Thomas, and IC Re and type C buses in our fleet. We have been installing replacement LED headlight bulbs for over a year now. However, the bluebird and IC buses have began to have the headlights flicker somewhat frequently. When we change back to the incandescent or halogen, the problem goes away. And then just yesterday, we had a Type B bluebird that was having an issue with the engine cooling fan and wipers not functioning, causing an overheat condition on the engine. After much diag. found that the multiplexing module was intermittently not powering the ignition solenoid. In diagnosing found that it was only happening when the headlights were activated. Unplugged the LED bulbs that had been in the bus for a year and the issue quit. Installed regular halogen lights and the problem went away. Has anyone else had this issue, or found a bulb that works with these buses?

https://www.unityparts.com/9007-hb5-wireless-led-headlight-bulbs/ are the ones I've been using for a year now with no issues in IC or BB T3 buses. Not yet anyways.

I can't comment on anything other than the capsule style bulbs.
