The stop arm quit working. The red and amber overheads work as they should. There's good ground at the connector but no power at the blue wire (B119F). I looked at a pdf online wiring diagram and couldn't find that wire or where it goes. Any ideas?

not sure if your issue is that lights don't work but sign comes out or neither operation of the stop sign works
