| I have an international box truck it is a s1500 it has a split wheel dayton spoke style hub I am wanting to know if I can get a one price wheel or rim that will bolt right up to the truck it is 6 ton axle. It has five spokes and five lug nuts. The tie size is 10.00 x 20 I was told that I could get another style rim for it but I may have to go to a 11.00 22.5 yet I've been looking for one on accuride and all I find is a six hole lug rim.what must ayoung buck do? |

| I am not well versed with International products but it may not matter with your problem. I'm thinking you want to go to a disc type wheel. If this is correct you will have to change hubs. That is, you will have to remove everything from your spindle and replace it with a hub that has 10 bolts then you can put on a disc type wheel that can be 20 inch or 22.5 inch. |

| I think he is saying he wants to go from a 3 piece rim to a 1 piece. Keeping the Dayton hubs. |

| If you are looking to replace or get rid of split rim wheels which should be tube type tires. the only way i have ever heard of is to buy tubeless tire rims, this may require tire purchase also? and if i remember correctly to go from a 20 inch tube/split rim you have to purchase a 22.5 inch tubeless rim. tire size 10 or 11 would depend on how wide of rim you have to buy. so any way a 22.5 tubeless rim should attach to your 20 inch hub with the fasteners you already have and would give you a one piece rims. i would also ck with your local truck tire shop, if there's one in your area to verify your options. i know the sizes sound strange, but again if i remember correctly a 20 inch tube type rim can be replaced by a 22.5 tubeless, just like a 22 inch tube type can be replaced by a 24.5 tubeless. if you are wanting to convert to disc/budd wheels bwest is right, you have to replace hub and all. |

| Yeah, you guys are probably right. I would agree with slippert but add that I think a 10.00-20 is the same width as a 11R-22.5. You would want to try to go with a 11R anyway if possible because they are more common than a 10R. I found that out the hard way. |

| Valid point, bwest. so what you were told Brent is probably correct. if you are looking for parts/rims?, etc. and not knowing where you are located, but here in Michigan there are at least 4 truck parts/truck boneyards and a bunch of truck tire sales/repair services around here. I would ck for same in your area, to hook you up with good used or new rims/and or tires, might take a few phone calls |
