I have a 2004 Thomas freightliner conventional, mbe powered. Problem is that the tail lights, clearance lights and strobe light are not working. I have checked all fuses and relays, and I can find no bad wiring. Anybody else had a similar problem? I'm just not sure what the cause is.

Open your side electrical cabinet door and pull down the top board mounting plate and check all the jumper plugs for tightness, also if you have a Doran light monitor check the fuses on the control panel behind the two mounting boards in the same cabinet you may have to remove the center plug from the monitor board to get to the lower half of the fuses. As for the strobe I have found the ground under the strobe mounting bad on several units, you will have to clean the paint off of the roof to get a good ground.

Thank you tigger2, it was a fuse in the light monitor control panel. the strobe was a seperate issue, and I had to replace the whole strobe unit.
