Just a quick question.

One of our 2004 Freightliner non emission MBEs has been gathering some oil in the top of the coolant tank. Also, the coolant system holds pressure for a long period of time. It can sit 3 hours and when you pull the cap coolant will launch out of the tank.

Any ideas? Our company is too cheap to do oil analysis, so that has not been done.

I would suspect the oil to coolant Heat Exchanger.
