Whats the best way to replace the L E D lites....... flat style on the front and rear on a C2 thomas ........Do you have to remove the storage compartment?Do they have to be replaced from the inside?
On older units with the bonded in 8-way lens, you should be able to get in through the access door in the front bulkhead. Your bus may have the optional divider brackets that section off the overhead storage compartment. This option may require the removal of the plastic overhead compartment fascia. It is only a dozen scollux screws hoding it in. Newer C2s will have the bolted in 8-ways that are fully accessable from the exterior. Some '07 production year units were subject to lens color fading. Many customers R&R those by busting them out, cleaning up the surface with a fie grinder & replacing them with the mechanically fastened newer design.
I may not know the answer but I can usually find who does.
