The local church camp bought one of our BB/ Chevys with a Cat 3116 engine. It has been running good for a couple of years but they went to Nashville, TN around the new year and something happend to it. Some shop down there put in what they said was an injection pump. But I know that can not be. So I think they put on the governor with the lift or charge pump connected to it. Now it will only do about 30 mph. Do you think it is the waste gate on the turbo? Any ideas??
Air/Fuel ratio set up off if it was the gov they changed?? All my 2BK's are long gone but my memory says an out of the box gov needs to be set up to the A/R# for that engine.
