Any Head Start people out there who moved forward on new restraint system ? Thinking about Q' Vest design ( no more lap belts or booster seats for 3-5 yr. olds)...to meet CFR 1310 obligation,..would appretiate any feed-back from anyone !!! Thanks

We are using the Q-straint vests, and they are fine. Cost can be an issue, but we are dealing with it as best we can. We also use the C.E.White Mom's seat for infants, FYI.
