i have a 2016 c2 cummins isb6.7 it has three codes intermitten always inactive 2771 4152 and 4151 its all abnormal update rate i no its a wiring issue been looking at the wiring diagrams and i am seeing there is alot of areas in the harness where these three components splice in so before i kill myself has anyone seen a comin area for a chaffed wire for this code its the outlet nox scr temp module and the dpf temp module

ive replaced many harness that is on the dpf/scr , it connects al the sensor to a plug from the chassis

OEM trained in wiring and all engine platforms for over 20 years

5417633 is the cummins part number for one i replaced awhile ago , not sure if it was a C2,IH or bluebird could be the same for all
should say this was on a one piece aftertreatment

If the 2016 still have the def pump under step , where that ATD harness splits for the 2 plugs at the DEF controller about an inch back from the split the harness has bad shrink tubing on the power and grounds there(1 big wire turning into 4 or more), and there is a plug in frame rail for this harness by the turbo down pipe seen them rest against pipe and melt, at the end of this harness there is an 120ohm resister be by the cross member above the NOX sensor newest C2 in our fleet is a 2014 and we have 2025 but our boss keeps them off the road for a year or 2 for some strange reason , but thats the government
